This Xmas Elf is really enjoying the cold and snow we’ve had this week.
I do some freelance work throughout the year. Luckily I have a full time gig for a reliable income, but I also rely on freelance money to survive. 99% of the time its a struggle to even get info on when you will get paid. The job is done, everything looks good, so it should be an even swap, right? I give you the work, you give me my money. Where along the way did this attitude come from that you can just pay people whenever you feel like it? Its a bummer that I busted by hump to get you the work on time, so you should have no problem paying me upon delivery. It seems like Im alone on this one.
Animating in Photoshop for the next month.
I see this dopey construction worker dude everyday on the train. He is a loudmouth and a potty mouth.
Making a little ipad book for my 1-year-old. He is obsessed with pointing to his nose and saying nose, so I figured he should learn everything else too.
This was a fun one to do. Lots more ideas of where this water can go. Hope to add a few more pages.
I put this pdf together a few months back for Jake over at LooseKeys to kinda explain my method of putting together a character head rig in After Effects. Since then other folks have been asking me about it, so here it is. Go ahead and download this and share it with anyone that may be interested. This is just the way that I’ve figured it out, so feel free to tell me how I’m doing it wrong!
